JD appears to be angling for VAPA's job - well, let them have at it: as they attempt to one-up each other with ever-better deals, the ones who benefit will be US!
So go for the throat, guys! |

The visitreno.com message board rules pertaining to infringing on someone else's territory are very clear. For your guidance in future posts, here's an excerpt from the charter:
"Members may or may not post messages that other members may or may not have exclusive or nonexclusive rights or notority pertaining thereto. No exceptions to this rule shall be allowed except as provided for in section 3a, item 9, subparagraph 3(a)4, which provides for variances on the third Tuesday of any month containing the letter "a", if that specific Tuesday falls on the 14th day of the afformentioned qualifying month.
In the event of such infringement, the injured party may request resolution of the issue by submitting form 2043c to any board member with at least 35 posts to his/her credit, but less than $6.75 in his/her pocket at the time the form is submitted. The $6.75 in pocket condition may be waived if the form recipient is wearing pajamas at the time the form is received, provided a photo of the recipient taken at the time the form is received is submitted to the sender of the form via email or carrier pidgeon. The member receiving form 2043c must then decide the validity of the complaint contained in the form, and must maintain compliance with conditions contained in section 3a, item 11, subparagraph 224(z)33, which states, "Board members may not make any decision affecting any other board member, past or present, living, dead or otherwise"."
Please conduct yourselves accordingly. |

Thank goodness we have such a well-defined legal framework around here.
John, you forgot the contingency for those who are wearing firefighter-overalls rather than pajamas.
Also, there's an amendment to the rule, restricting the appeals process eligibility; apparently, those who live in continents that start with the letter "A" are exempt from the requirements of subsection (b)(c)(xxx), unless that continent also ends with the letter "A".
Please litigate accordingly! |

Oh man....and I thought I was something SPECIAL.
I always ask them to send me a mailer because half the time when I go to use some special rate, they look at me like I have three eyes. So I like to drop those offer cards on the front desk and let them translate into English... I mean From English to some S.E. Asianese.
Did ya notice...Sands has ANOTHER new card?
First it was plain old "SANDS", then "Beach Club", then "Terribles", now it's "A PLAY" !!

No doubt my comp points have gone away...again |

Here I was thinking this might be good----- VAPA vs. JD ( war of the initials) and then John comes out with all the legal stuff that throws cold water on the subject.
I am thinking about filling out the proper forms..... Let's see if I remember my proper army protocol..... form 2043c the "c" mean it must be filled out in triplicate I believe.
A-Play? Looks like I am behind again. Every time they change the name of their card it is always a case of being worse for the player. |
