First the beds are so nice and comfortable you sell them on line. Then you have a coffee maker in the room where you can make up to 4 cups of coffee and the coffee is your brand (hotel) which you can buy at check out or on line. Then you have nice linens that you also have available on line. The room is also very clean. Not only will you have high occupancy but you wouldn't have to charge that much more for the room. Oh, yes the word would get around.
Please respond with comments. Thanks. |

Sounds like a plan! Especially the part about having the choice of your own coffee brand, for you coffee drinkers out there.
As for the bedding and linens, if the place was ritzy enough, and the products were unique and good enough, they'd probably make a fortune. Seems like it would be kind of a spin-off on what people are already doing at salons and spas (ie "you can take this great product home for only $XX!").
Just my two cents.

If, I'm running the hotel my goal for occupancy would be 100%. Why casinos/hotels can't or won't envision that is beyond me. |
