I received an offer from a casino and the offer expired July 4. So, I told them they may want to send the offers out earlier. They seemed a little taken back. |

Oh, isn't that a pain in the butt?
I just received my monthly mailer from John Ascuaga's Nugget for July two days ago! It's a shame their website is so convoluted, because I missed two $10 free play sessions before the paper mailer actually got to me! Meanwhile, the same scenario happened with this month's GSR mailer, which still has yet to get here.
One thing that I'm noticing is that many casino properties are making efforts in attempt to "Go Green" - the Silver Legacy being the last one I recall. Yes, some places are just up and out eliminating the paper mailers altogether, and hopefully revamping their websites to give you as the accountholder complete control - without missing the boat on anything.
I'm hoping this will be on the rise in the future. Better for the environment, and great not having to rely on snail mail.

It was the Silver Legacy and what surprised them was I told them since the expiration date had passed that I wouldn't ask them to honor the rates. They were a little shaken. Oh well. |
