CAn anyone tell me why casinos do NOT use $50 bills???? I am stumped!!(probbly an easy answer) and has anyone had luck on Millioniser machines? my FAVE!!?? will be ther in late April..staying at Fitz... |

I have heard that $50 bills are unlucky and that many casinos just don't handle them, or won't put them out in change. I am sure this was more true when individuals owned the casino, but now that large corporations are the owners, the only thing they don't like about a $50 is that they can't make it into a $100 fast enough. I came across that explanation at the Nevada Club about 25 years ago, and I have found that there is some truth to it, because $50s are just not used by many. |
