First off, you crack me up!
I am excited for you and your upcoming trip. How many nights to you plan on staying for? What did they offer you? I think they sent me 3 free nights awhile back but i can't recall. Thats great that they all are non smoking!!!

ALL NON-SMOKING?!! We'll see how long that lasts. I hope the ventilation will remove smoke, becasue people will smoke. In the old tower, all of the non-smoking rooms smell of smoke.
How will they enforce it? Some hotels threaten to charge you a fee if caught smoking. If the Pepp charges a fee if you smoke in your room, will some people just pay it in order to smoke in their rooms? Could it be comped? lol I'm reasonably certain it would be waived for high rollers.
Personally, I'm cool with all non-smoking. But it just doesn't make sense to me in 2007, in a Nevada casino. If they chase smokers away, they will lose them to other casinos (how many suckers have they lost to thunder valley already?). Last I checked, there are a few other casinos in the area. Going all non-smoking seems foolish and short-sighted to me. Time will tell.

Some hotels I have stayed at recently make the guest sign that they will not smoke in the room and state you will be charged $200 per day extra (for cleaning) if you do
Heck, all brand new rooms, furnishings, bedding, etc.....I don't blame the pep one bit for making them non-smoking |

I have yet to get my New Years Offers.
I am glad they are going non smoking. I hope it works. There still will be the option for the old tower if peopel want smoking. Those rooms are set to start being remodelled begining of January. |
