R and I share cigars while gaming in Reno. The only restriction we have ever encountered was at the video poker machines at the bars in Circus. We always ask before lighting up anyway, and won't do it even if it's just a request of the bartendar or dealer, figuring they are captive in their environment.
We always take our own sticks, as the offerings at the convenience stores our expensive and dried out (though they have a small humidor).
I believe south on Virgina (about 2 miles from downtown) there is a cigar shop, on the right, in the strip mall. |

There is one there, next to Coach's Bar, but the best cigar shop in town is Fumare, at 907 W. Moana Lane just before the intersection with Lakeside. BTW, I don't smoke cigars but I have this on good authority from a co-worker who does. |

They still do; I just saw it!
And really, the short answer, to the tremendous dismay of most members of this board, is that smoking in the casinos is just as it ever was - pervasive, smelly, and without interruption.
Oh, sure, more areas now say "Non-Smoking", and I think the restaurants have followed suit, but a big difference? Hardly. |

My favorite example of this is the Club Cal Neva sports book snack bar. The sign on the counter says "No Smoking" and a few feet away are about 60 guys smoking their brains out as they watch a game. |
