aS USUAL: I do not know how to change my avatar, nor how to add a pic to a message. I have pics downloaded on my desktop but can't seem to get it done.
My pics have names but not addresses.

So my pic will stay for awhile until I figger it out.

Alison I am glad to see that you are eating your bananas. The banana is very good for you. yEAH, Swede, I'm not only "listening" I am watching.
Wondering if this applies here; when my friends are struggling with their game, I always offer to go and "practice" with them.
That is an outstanding offer to my friends.

John, got the avvie changed. Not much more hair but the biceps are larger.

JD, hope you are more comfy with my new (temporary) image.

Think, too, that I am turned off of bananas for awhile.
Swede or Stan: How about a new source of potassium. I heard that potassium stops the nighttime cramps.
