That's because they're historic photos. There are a couple of them there, but we were much younger then.

so this is kinda off subject but i found a new pic of what the tower rooms look like at the Pep. I am not so sure about the gold. I hate gold. Yuck!

Oh man! I don't know about that new decor. Too ritzy, and not trashy enough LOL! But it does look like they kept the mirrors intact. I am going to go visit the old-skool decor one last time on Friday nite, things worked out and I got in (I requested a floor away from the noise so we'll see how it works out). Staying at Circus Circus on Sat nite but only because it's free and I've never stayed there.

I think I'm going to ask the Pep if they can keep at least one room the old way. I wouldn't mind some of that old furniture for the house either, one of those end tables with the lamp glued to it wouldn't look half bad downstairs in our bar!

I hope it doesn't overwhelm me for my 4 night stay, otherwise I may have to move to Harrahs...LOL
