Excerpt from a recent press release from Atlantis:
Atlantis Casino Resort Spa has opened one of the only smoke-free slot sections in the Biggest Little City! We’re listening to our Guests who want a place to come play in Paradise, but would rather have some distance between themselves and our smoking Guests. This section on the main casino floor at Atlantis offers 100 machines, with everything from video poker to all your favorite slot machines, in a smoke-free area accentuated with natural light, and is located on the east side of the building just across from the concierge level elevators. The Sky Terrace, as always, will remain smoke-free, along with Reno’s freshest Poker Room which offers $100 high hands every hour, up to $2,400 a day! |

I was just there this week and saw no evidence of this, no signs, no nothing. They were working in the area just south of there.
The area across from those elevators has a very low ceiling - one of the worst parts of Atlantis. Unless they enclose it and pump in fresh air, it is not going to help much IMO. |
