Remember the A,8 double down fiasco? (Link to details below)
Now, the little dump Sands Regency has electric signs for table limits. The signs feature words crawling along the bottom. Periodically, the following passes through:
Any Ace used in a double down counts as One
LOL. If nothing else, the hassle and bad publicity this awful little casino received from the incident might have helped encourage the current owners, the nearly-bankrupt Terrible's, to spend money on these signs.

Unbelievable. Well, believable, and yet, repugnant.
It's too bad that a corporate name as quirky as "Terrible's" turns out to be, in fact, terrible.
Perhaps they should just team up with the nugget; they could offer a "Terrible, Awful Awful" burger. |

I haven't spent one penny in that place since I heard about that double down incident. You have to wonder if any of the people that run casinos now days have any clue as to what the hell they are doing? |
