In the forties, I was only a junior in college after spending eight years in the Marine Corps. Of course, I do remember the mini mall they tore down to build Stonehenge (thanks, Chuck) and my first dog was a brontosaurus.

I know cause I was his college professor at the time.
I must say, John was one of my most "outstanding" students.
In fact, he is the reason I gave up teaching and went to back to teaching ballroom dance.
