Is it LIVE? I just check out the Virginia St. & Arch, at 16:35 PDT, the street look empty, very depressing Sad

Yes, dannta, It's supposed to be live. They put the camera a little too far south. There's probably a little more activity closer to the Eldorado. But, yeah, it is a little depressing.

Also, it was about 96 degrees in the shade at the time so lots of people were staying indoors.
