If you're going to be celebrating St. Patrick's day in Reno, RGJ has a guide to help with your plans:

We'll be pulling into Reno around 8pm on St. Pat's day, for our annual "march madness" trip, and thinking about making Cal-Nevaour first stop for their St. Pats "Pub Crawl" promo. For $10, you visit each of the casino's bars and end up drinking a shot of Irish whiskey, a domestic beer, a Killian’s Red beer, an Irish Car Bomb, a Harp Lager, and the Club Cal Neva’s “surprise” drink, an Irish Thunder Cocktail.

I'm a little worried though, I would hate to get to Reno at 8pm, and asleep by 10pm. I'll let your know how it goes. Stay Green!

Mike

That's quite a beverage list - which Irish whisky are they going to be serving? It's apparently a big deal, 'cuz the one on offer determines which region of Ireland you owe your allegiance to, or some such thing - or was it which church sect you're with? Anyway, drink whatever they have - though for my tastes, it'd be Bushmills, all the way!

Make sure to write a trip report, detailing each stop at the Cal-neva bars!

"I'm a little worried though, I would hate to get to Reno at 8pm, and asleep by 10pm."

Reminds me of a line attributed to George Burns: "One drink makes me tipsy. I just can't remember if it's the 14th one or the 15th one."
