It's all over the news now, of course, so it's not really 'news' to anyone here, but it's absolutely shocking, and horrific.
A very depressing development for one of our favorite locations.

Horrible story- I was planning a trip to Carson City Wednesday morning. I think I will still go despite the carnage. I think I will skip pancakes though. Funny- last Wednesday I had a trip planned to Carson and got 3/4 of the way there when my truck broke down. I was able to drive home.....so I think I will try it again. |

Terrible. And what we can be certain of is that these men died in vain: no concrete steps to stem the dull roar of these shootings that so rarely occur in other modern societies will be taken. These horrors we will keep largely for ourselves. |
