|

Used to be a time when the Peppermill's slot tournaments paid cash in amounts from maybe $7,500 for first place down to maybe $25 for 160th place. The last two offers I got from them paid cash for the first 3 positions only. The remaining positions were paid in free play in amounts from $900 down to $25.
I guess they have to pay for that $400M expansion somehow. |

As long as we get our free Tuscan upgrade and win big as soon as we sit down, we're OK with that. |

Well- you know how those slot tournament players are. They win some cash, and take it home to pay some bills, buy gas to get home etc. Your not suppose to do that---- you suppose to put the money back in the machines at the Peppermill until it is all gone.
I just got another offer in the mail from the Peppermill for a Bingo tournament. It looks like they are giving out cash, so I guess they figure the Bingo players are dumb enough to put all the money back into the casino? |

Offering Free Play as the "Prize" in a slot tournament is pathetic. Even I have no language more flowery than that to describe this disgrace. Talk about defeating the purpose - what in the world are they thinking?
Now that I've got that off my chest, the casinos can continue to ignore my witticism-criticisms, since they are secure in the knowledge that I, one of the ultimate low- to no-rollers, has never participated in a slot tournament.
End communication. |
