I'm prepping for my long Reno weekend next week. I checked the Siena's website and learned that they have a great promo called "Replay Free Play".

Bring in a current freeplay flyer or coupon from another Reno area casino, and Siena will match it. You can do up to $50 in one day and $100 in a week, and only one casino per day. Also, once you show an offer, you can't use that offer again. Oh, and the freeplay only becomes available after you first wager cash equivalent to the freeplay amount. So there are a few hurdles, but this is still a great promotion.

Siena's website only says that the promo is good through New Year's, but when I called yesterday to confirm the details they told me it's ongoing thru January and perhaps beyond.

Anyone here will vouch that I've stuck up for the Siena probably longer than anyone.

But I gotta smack 'em down some right now.

1. Website pics: Now check out the empty bar, casino with THREE people in THE ENTIRE CASINO built like ME...NOT having the time of their life !

UPON FURTHER REVIEW: It looks like you need to click that link five or six times to see ALL of the pics...they seem to rotate.

MOST casinos like to show young, thin, sexy players...drinking, flirting and gambling. Start at the top of their home page and scroll: "Hotel, casino,dining, spa, entertainment, ...left to right (click EACH four or five times to see ALL) . Tell me what YOU see.

OK....the SPA is where I'm going...do they have drinks, live music and VP there?

2. Am I seeing ANOTHER change of Siena club cards? I mean within the last six months?

You've got a point, there - everytime I look at the websites for the likes of ElDorado and Silver Legacy, I'm always struck by the total lack of resemblance of the characters on the pages to the actual persons playing in the casinos when I get there - polar opposites, they are!

Perhaps the Siena can be given some award for journalistic honesty??

Heck, John could offer to just photoshop himself into the pictures, and charge only $5,000 for it.
