Should casinos be concerned about customer service NO, they should be concerned about loyalty because that what counts. They need to keep bringing the customer back and have the customer tell others why they are loyal IMHO. |

Hummm. Customer loyalty is certainly important, however, why would someone be loyal and keep coming back without good customer service? Not me. |
