Casinos could make ressies easier by putting them under your player's card number.

Because what they REALLY want is your credit card #.

"This is JD and you sent me an offer for a two night, comped room, card # 1234."

"Yes we have that offer. We need your card # to hold the room"

"So if I show up, the room is free. If I no show, you charge me $ 70/night?"

"Probably not if we can sell the room to someone else foolish enough to touch anything in the honor bar. THAT way, we can charge YOUR credit card BOTH the junk fees, and $ 10 for a 6 ounce bag of corn curls".
