Sorry, no home movies, but thought I'd share a few more pics.
Our day view ...
Our night view ...
There was some gambling. Heck, there were even some wins, like on this $5.00 .... er nickel machine.
60 years of age is no reason to let yourself go ...
On our way to V.C., John likes to be dropped off at the base of the hill so he can hike to the look-out.
A little shaky on this one but the colors are there ...
Virginia Street continues to glow. With the work at the former Fitz and Flamingo, perhaps more so soon.
Good old Eldo ...

Thanks for sharing your Reno picutres.
Yes, you are in very good shape for 60 years of age, but you really should have those elbows checked out. I went downtown last night and noticed the light bulbs are indeed getting blurry and should be changed. Yes, that short hike up the mountain was invigorating. It's hard to believe I beat you guys up there. |

Those sure are some sights for sore eyes....the 'blurry' one looked perfectly normal to me, but that may be because of all those free drinks....
The lights continue to glow and dazzle, but the streets still seem rather wanting...remember the glorious '90's, when throngs of revelers packed the streets? How I wish those days would return...
Thanks for the extended photos - very nice! |

John, those are my elbiques. And no, I didn't use any unapproved elbow enhancing substances.
Stan, I agree with you about the arch lights. Somehow I captured a perspective on the old sign that you don't usually get until you're wandering back to your room at 3:30 in the morning. |

I choose not to stay at CC, but I must say those pix out of your room at night make my heart soar.
Thanks for sharing! |

Thanks Zydeco and Mammoth,
Yes, that view was worth the price of the room alone.
Haven't stayed at CC for many years but I have no real complaints. It's just quite a bit more walking to everywhere else. (Except Walgreens). |

Thanks Dfens. I saw a lady get a Royal dealt to her on a triple play machine at the Horizon quite a few years ago. $600 on a nickel machine - not bad! |
