Eldorado Blues Fest (blues, brews & barbecues), although I wouldn't say that the headliners (Gin Blossoms and Everclear) have ever been described as blues giants, or even blues basics. Still, a good time for all on Virginia Street.

So is the intent to permanemtly close Virginia St between Silver Legacy and the Cal Neva? Numerous bowlers that I talked to said Virginia was closed when they were in town, and it was closed when I was there last month.

It kind of disappointed me, as it made driving inconvenient. Then again, there were 70 zillion youth basketball players all over town that made driving tricky, too.

But if the foot traffic is a boon to the casinos, I guess I don't have a big problem with it.

Well it's been happening a lot, and I would say the Casinos Like it!
and they make more money when it's closed, as opposed to open and
people are getting run over??

I've come with in about 2" a tweeker, came flying off Virginia st. as I
was almost on Eldos. side walk, She had to hit the curb to miss me and
I don't think she knew what she was doing.
