Post subject: Snow for St. Patrick's Day
For the first time in many years, I opted to skip my annual St. Patrick's Day/Virginia City Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry trip.
So I'm checking webcams....and it's snowing ! Apparently hard since schools are closed, offices opening late and webcams sometimes on the fritz.

From RGJ:
"Reno gets a snow day!
Residents awoke to find a winter wonderland surprise, thanks to a storm that dropped several inches of snow over Reno.
The overnight snowfall prompted Washoe County School District to cancel classes on Friday. Students in Carson City and Truckee also got a snow day.
The snow has also impacted local roadways, so drive safe!"
