When I left the Siena couple weeks ago, they UPGRADED my slot card to next level as I was departing.
Today (the 3d) I received my belated June offers (good Jun 1-22), kinda late for planning and use.
So, they again DOWNGRADED my offers.
They are going for locals and dropping we travelers. As a result, they are attracting a scuzzy, creepy crowd. No way do those guys spend the kind of money that out-of-staters do. Stupid!!!!!!!!
In fact, I often am "hit up" for money from the current crowd. After bumming in the casino, one creep was seen loitering on our hotel floor.
Siena is going in the wrong direction.
It makes me sad. |

I used to get plenty of free room offers and free play offers, but the offers have declined in value up in recent months despite my play being consistent.
The low-roller "happy hour" promo with a tiny $25 max bet is indicative of Siena now wanting the low-level grind players rather than heavy green to black-chip players.
I think Siena's rooms are the best in the city, and am sorry to see its focus turning to the low-end players. I think they are making a mistake. |
