Thanks for the updated information. I look forward to checking out the place, but I refuse to be the first to go through. I will wait for the crowds to thin out. Interesting- I got a mailer from Boomtown today that told me they will open Nov. 16th.

There is some confusion on that. The printed version of the article also said 11/16, but the online version said the 9th. Like you, I'm not going close for the first few weeks.

I was at Boomtown this afternoon and they were giving away gift certificates in a drawing. The date they announced was the 16th.

I was also in the Fitz, the Cal-Neva, Western Village, and the Sands. They didn't mention it at all.

Thanks for keeping us up to date as usual Remano!
I know you aren't interested in it too much but being a hunter
and fisherman I really am. The only problem I see is it would and will take away my time from gambling! May in fact save me some $ but I think that will be a tough choice! I haven't ever been in one but I have heard they are pretty cool.
